👾Inside the MSCHF Mag, Bud Lights Crazy Gaming Console, and Have a Hologram Party!
life size holograms in your home?
Greetings! How are y’all doing this week? Ready for Thanksgiving?
It’s crazy to think how fast the year has passed by. I mean - it’s still March right? After all, the stores are selling out of toilet paper again . . . Where’s our second season of Tiger King?
I guess a new season of Animaniacs is a pretty good alternative. 😊
And hey! BTC is almost up to 19K for the first time in years. The Alt coins are all starting to 👀 and rise.
Now - I’m not sure what BTC is going to, but please reach out to me if you have any questions about buying Crypto. I’m no expert, but I spent about two years pretty deep in Crypto Land. I can tell you NEVER TO BUY Veritaseum, One Coin or anything remotely scammy.
Also - those Crypto banknotes that have little bits of gold in them are a scam too!
Well, before I get too far down the rabbit hole, let’s hop on into today’s newsletter. Grab your heavy does of caffeine and let’s go!
😎Inside the MSCHF Mag
So, last week I promised a closer look at the MSCHF Mag I bought. Here’s some of the most interesting stuff.
URL SNIFFER
The crazy MSCHF Ninjas have done it again! They made a URL Sniffer that sniffs out your friends internet history. It’s pretty crazy. The legality of doing this to someone else is pretty murky, BUT it’s fun to use on yourself. Check it Out
TICK GRENADE
Have you heard about those ticks that - once they bite you - make you unable to eat red meat ever again? Yeah. They’re real. What if someone made grenades full of the ticks to make people at scale vegan? That’s just insane - but it certainly sounds possible? I have no idea how MSCHF came up with this parody of an idea, but it’s totally nuts.
GUERILLA ADVERTISING
Ever wanted to get people to take a second look at grocery store produce? MSCHF made these stickers just for you. I can’t say that I’m terribly observant, but I would definitely notice them when I got home. MSCHF is pretty loyal to their craft - so I wonder if those bar codes actually scan?

👾Bud Light’s Gaming Console
Apparently Bud Light is trying to get into the hype product game, like Wendy’s or McDonalds (I for one, will never forget that McDonalds actually sold this Nugget body pillow) with the most creative abomination I’ve ever seen.
It LOOKS like a 6 pack, keeps 2 beers cold, HAS A BUILT IN PROJECTOR and a Game Console (Tekken 6, Soul Calibur VI, and more). It comes with the controllers too! Seriously friends, this is the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen.
They even joked around with the copy too.
You’d think they would make a lot of these things, right? No. They only made 1, and someone bid to pay 10K for this one of a kind mad man’s invention. Heck! It probably cost more to pay the marketing department that spent hours coming up with this thing.
However - when was the last time you thought about Bud Light? It’s a brilliant marketing ploy to get millions of free brand impressions. Bravo!

👀A Hologram in Your Living Room
Imagine, for a moment, that you’re sitting in your living room - and you want to listen to some Elvis. Well, you want more than just a recording of an old conference. You want to watch him! So, you go over to your 7 foot tall PORTL, and choose a song. Elivs pops up in the booth, large as life, and begins to sing!
It’s Elvis in the virtual flesh!
That’s the dream of PORTL, a company that’s seeking to bring (eventually affordable) Holograms to your house in the next decade.
PORTL wants to bring AI personalities, your friends, deceased relatives, and more to the comfort of your living room.
“For the first time in human history you can converse with an artificially intelligent hologram beamed into a human sized hologram projection machine and ask them anything, anywhere, at anytime” said David Nussbaum, CEO of PORTL Inc. “The possibilities are endless, given the power of StoryFile’s A.I. and the life-like quality of these holograms. I’m looking forward to seeing what the world does with this.” (Source)
It sounds really wild! I’m very curious to see how this company turns out. I’m a bit curious and nervous about the ethical conversation surrounding the use of AI personalities for deceased Personalities and Relatives. However, the use case of talking to your friends, AI like Hatsune Miku, or having a meeting via hologram sound pretty cool. I would love to see some of my friends in “virtual” especially the ones I haven’t seen in years.

🐙The Land of Random
Random Random Links from all over the Net.
Apple is Big Brother?
A slightly terrifying article detailing the sketchy “surveillancey” stuff Apple is doing to Macs. This article by Jeffrey Paul was possibly so Influential that Apple reversed course on some of the decisions.
Recess Introspection Collection
Yes. I post a lot of links to Recess. However, this webpage is so Aesthetically beautiful I cannot resist but share its glory.
Internet Archive is Saving Flash
As Flash is permanently discontinued on the Web, the heroes at Internet Archive are rescuing as many of the olde internets games and other flash creations as they can. Check out their efforts at the link!
Unexplored 2
Do you like Procedurally generated games? with different maps and stories every time? This one looks really neat, and you can sign up for the beta now!
Manage Your Bookmarks
I’m a HUGE Bublup fan and I don’t plan on quitting, BUT this Raindrop Bookmark Manager looks pretty dang sweet.
Dapp Boi
I love this website. So creative and Minimalist! I feel like I stepped back into the 90’s, but with Crypto.
Apocalyptic Vibes
What is this strange world? Who lives in the tubes? This is a fascinating art piece by Ismail Inceoglu.

Crazy True story that lowkey scares me
Definitely the Older Dad Vibes I’d like to have someday
The eternal struggles of toasting food
